RETURN POLICY

For complaints or claims, the customer must send us an email to support@truelifemindfulness.com stating the situation.

Once the mail is received, TRUELIFE MINDFULNESS has a period of 15 working days to review the case and respond to the customer.

If any refund applies to the customer, TRUELIFE MINDFULNESS has a period of 20 working days to make the refund to the customer by the same means by which the purchase of the service was made.
