Mindfulness at work

"One thing at a time" Short, regular mindfulness sessions that will leave a long-term cumulative impact. "One thing at a time" is our ongoing mindfulness training program delivered in short, regular sessions.

Each session lasts 30 to 40 minutes. It consists of a simple practice developed to be learned quickly and that you can use immediately to improve your mental health and cognitive performance.

It has a short relaxation exercise or a guided meditation.

 The participants have constant contact with the teacher, which allows them to gradually develop their mindfulness skills.

One Thing at a Time sessions blend seamlessly with our other programs and can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
