These workshops are independent sessions, based on a topic that the client chooses.
They are taught by videoconference, and each session lasts 60 minutes.
The experience of the workshop is through cameras that allow the participation and communication of the attendees.
In the conference format, the participation and communication of attendees is limited by the number of staff in attendance.
Our workshops will be your first introduction to mindfulness, are perfect for incorporating into company health events, and will come in handy when you need to focus on a particular topic.
